Important Membership Information
Your £1500 House Entry fee unlocks full access to THOM and your initial membership experience.
Your House Membership includes:

✔ Full access to the THOM weekly rhythm
✔ A private 1:1 Direction Session with Matt Pink
✔ Your THOM welcome pack
✔ Access to the private members’ area
✔ Access to the private WhatsApp group
✔ Access to all House Gatherings & THOM Experiences
Your Membership After 60 Days
Your House Membership includes a 60-day entry experience (displayed in your payment summary as a 60-day trial).
At the end of this period, your House Membership will automatically continue as a monthly membership at £99 per month, unless cancelled in advance.
Your monthly membership will:
- Begin automatically at the end of the 60-day period
- Be charged on a recurring monthly basis
- Continued until cancelled
Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your Membership at any time before your next billing date via the billing system or by contacting THOM on [email protected]
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided
- Your access will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for
Reminder Notice
You will receive a reminder email 7-14 days before your membership transitions to the monthly £99 subscription, including clear instructions on how to cancel if you choose not to continue.
Cooling-Off Rights
If you purchase online, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law.
By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to THOM, you:
- Request that services begin during this 14-day period; and
- Acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once services have been delivered.

- Understand how house membership works, including the transition to a monthly subscription
